1.BEAT EGGS TILL FROTHY
2.ADD SALT AND CREAM
3.ADD FLOUR AND WORK WITH HANDS
4.TILL DOUGH BECOMES STIFF
5. TURN OUR ON FLOURED BOARD AND ROLL THIN AND CUT
6. Cook in hot broth
